Barcelona, been twice, once when i had £1300 and once when i ended up on the streets there....both times where absolutely magic!!!

Tyrol/Austria in for skiing in winter
The Greek Isles in summer
If you want to spend some time at the beach from October to mid-April go to the Canary Islands.
