i think it is from my meanboard ...

The beeps you are hearing are called POST messages. Pre-Operating system test. These are generated from your computer motherboards self check of the hardware currently in your system. Unfortunately there is no standardization between manufacturers as to which series of beeps signify whats faulted in your perticular system. However it is certain to be one of these three things. 1) Ram. The most likely culprit. 2) Vid card. Likely not the case if you can see your display come on. And show messages. 3) CPU failure. Its one of those guaranteed. Good luck

it is your motherboard telling you that something isn't working, usually your RAM. you can tell what it is by writing down how many beeps are sounded and find an online resource.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

have you got a modem in it? is it dialing a number? and the voice you heard is someone answering their phone.

modems don't go at all well with voice so check it out if you do have a modem in the computer
