Well, its true in most places that women are given preference over men when they are seeking 'equality' with men. This is discrimination. e.g. can be that in some countries when men standing in a que for a service to be offered, if a women enters, she is served first just because she is female and thats when they seek equality with men. Justice says that they too should stand among them in that que so that they get the service as they get their turn and not before that.

Donny, that's only YOUR situation, and I am TRULY sorry about it, but it's not like that everywhere, TRUST me. I work in a factory, and at ANY point in time you can walk on the floor, and see the women sweating and working hard, and the men goofing off. we have only 2 men who actually WORK. And EVERY man I work with has a higher paying job, than ANY woman in my factory. Now, I also realize that this isn't normal. But for all the workplaces out there like yours, there is one like mine. I think it all evens out.

It p.i.s.s.e.s me off how at work i have to do all the manual work (i'm a student working part time at WHSmith) which involves all of the lifting, carrying, night shift, store re-arranging... just because i'm one of only a few guys working there. I believe in equal rights. But you should get out what you put in... IF YOU WORK HARDER YOU SHOULD GET MORE!!! all i ask for is... if you want to be equal then share your rights.

No you goofy one! Unless you've had your head buried under the sand for the last 200 years, we women have had to fight for every freak in right we have....no thanks to you clueless one!
