i was told not to do anything like that because it could seperate the placenta my physical trainer told me that,(she's experienced in prenatal workouts and what not) anyways you can do any other kind of workouts as long as your heart rate stays at 140 or below, you don't want to strain too much and put yourself or the baby in danger congrats on the pregnancy and good luck!

You will not be comfortable doing sit ups that far along... I am 6 months pregnant and can't bend down to put socks on anymore... lol. I highly doubt it will hurt the baby though, there is so much tissue there, he/she has their own bubble. Good luck!

Don't do full sit ups , do crunches and stretch allot this will help you but you won't be doing it all for long ...lol but keep stretch everyday it will make a world of difference

i'm 15 weeks pregnant and still doing crunches. my midwife said to do what felt comfortable! granted, i can only do less, and slower than what i could before pregnancy. talk to your doctor!
