No, in fact it's my impression that people who think they do actually have a reason in there somewhere but are so overwhelmed that they just don't realize what it is.
I am embarrassed to say... I do occassionally shed a tear for a touching movie.

You say you cry for no reason, yet for some reason your tear glands produce tears.

sometimes, out of the blue, i start feeling sensitive & my eyes start getting watery & I cry, after that i feel better, weird i know but thats just me
