Pig latin actually came from an American comidien named Aaron Guy. He was goofing around and decided to make a secret languge for him and his friends and that's how it came about. If you want to know how to speak it, let's say you wanna say the word "cat" in pig latin. You'll take the first letter "c" and put it at the end then add "ay" at the end. It would be atcay. Here are some examples:

dog = ogday
fat = atfay
loser = oserlay
make = akemay
pies = iespay
cake = akecay
scarf = carfsay

Got it?
