I for one, am OK with Saddam Hussein taking the stretch but I do not feel that Iraq was what we should've been aiming for. We should have concentrated our efforts on finding the guy we were after in the first place, Osama Bin Laden. I don't even mind mowing down anyone who gets in the way of that goal, but I don't think that Iraq was the right path to follow.

i will never say it was worth the lives of any american, i can only hope to think that those who lost ther lives are feeling that justice was served by the hanging. in my personal oppinion i feel hanging him was too good for him, a polite way for us to kill his sick ***, and he in no way deserved any type of respect from the american people let alone politeness. the world is a better place to live now that he no longer walks this earth plotting his next massacre with a smile on his face. may those who mourn him leave this earth as well, they are taking up air in this world. my mother always told me not to hate anyone, i'm sorry mom, but i hate that demon with the passion and i'm glad he is dead. i only regret that it did'nt occur sooner.

He replaced into good in 1994. Iraq replaced into greater good whilst Saddam replaced into in capacity. Saddam additionally saved Iran in stability, as quickly as Saddam replaced into captured, Iran accumulated up some cojones and now they seem to be a pest to united statesa. and this is allies.

Considering one has nothing to do with the other, your "question" is pointless. It's obviously a lame ploy to get attention and for you to complain about a war you're not even involved in. Hate to break this to ya sweetie, but in a war, people die. That is a fact of life. Like it or not. When you grow up, you'll see life isn't so black & white. In the meantime, read a newspaper or book before you attempt to lay blame at someone else's doorstep.

Saddam's execution is NOT what we're fighting for! His execution is inconsequential as far as what we're over there and fighting for.
Saddam was tried and found guilty of crimes against humanity by his own Iraqi court system, (not ours!), and then ordered hanged. So you can't assign the death of 3,000 of our soldiers to Saddam Hussein... what, are you that dense and brainwashed by the media?! (Incredible!)

I think I must be misunderstanding your question.

The execution of Saddam did not result in or cause the loss of 3000 Americans.
The execution of Saddam was done by his own people & the choice to do so was made by them.

Perhaps you should re-phrase your question...

The two are totally unrelated. Hussein was executed because he was a criminal. The lives lost, although sad, have been for a cause. Get it straight.

Considering that Saddam was responsible for 300,000 to 1,000,000 murders and a regime of rape and torture, with no sign of slowing down, I'd say yes.
