It's about a man no body loves and the hero because in the song he say Kills the peole he once saved" so it about the hero

Hey black sabbath are heavy metal god fathers indeed...very bad *** band and awesome heavy songs...Iron man would be my second favorite song(Paranoid first).i donnu what its about though...
