The resteraunt was Chez Quis, though the style of font they chose for their menu looked like a looping L, not a cursive Q. I was under the impression it was Chez Luis, though the man answers the phone otherwise. And Matthew Broderick lied his face off, saying he was Abe Froman (the Sausage King of Chicago).
