You stay relatively friendly but go and make loads of other friends. Be nice to everyone, funny, make new friends so everyone knows you. Talk to Emily about this and ask her what is going on but keep your tone mild and make sure it doesn't end in a fight.

If she is your best friend,then you should always be there for her no matter because that's what good friends do.One day,she will realize what you've done for her.Trust me,i had the experience.If she keeps ignoring you,you should try to talk to her in a calm nice manner and try figure things out.good luck.

So find someone that you can be #1 to if you don't want to share. Or just join the crowd and get to know the other friend maybe you will become friends too.
