I have been taking cerazetta (pop) for a week now, and i feel really down and i get headakes on an evening. Anyone here take the pop pill and feel like this?

pop, stands for (progestin only pill) basically has no estrogen in it like other pills.

I am on the normal or combined pill I would switch to that or ask your doctor I think this may just be a conscience because the pop pill only has one hormone unlike the normal pill which has two. If your period is messed up I would switch to something else that could cause you to feel down. Headaches are a side effect of the pop pill if you haven't been on it long I would see if it does away with time.

like a lolly pop? try seasonal, get your period 4 times a year. ive been on it for about 2 years and its great. my periods are pretty light and its really nice not worryin about it every month. one thing about them, and im not sure if its jus me or not. but when it is time for me to start my period i get super stong cramps, and i never cramped before takin any types of birth control. i have been on different types over 7 years. good luck and talk to your docotor~!
