Either you still have time or perhaps it's too late. Obviously that depends on their ages. Are there still things that you still could do, even this week, that you just haven't seemed to have found the time to get to?
How would you advise yourself or your spouse on being a better parent?

I have 4 kids.... 19,15,12, and 9. I wish I had done more with my son the 19 year old. I was too busy partying. What I am doing diffrent is one no more partying and taking time to show my kids how much they mean to me... We have our shouting matches but if I am wrong I apologize and I can go to bed at night knowing that I am not letting one day go by w/o them knowing that I love them.

We have a 22 year old daughter and we were very good parents.
He was much better than I was because he knew when to stand back and let her deal with bad situations.
I would change things by not stepping in to fix her problems so soon. I'd give her a chance to figure things out on her own.
In spite of that....she's turned out really well & I'm very proud of her.

My children are 31 and 29. I wish I had spent more time TALKING to them.

My child is dead....She was 12, but not a Moment goes by that I wish i could have done more...but I wish I could have rode a bike with her more!!!

i'm not a parent but i'm 16 and i wish my parents had taught me my body was my temple, that i needed to respect myself and my body 'cause the commercialised world taught me different and in society, sex sells.
