Simplify the following complex fraction:

Simplify the formula by getting it in the form of where P and Q are polynomials.

Ok, I assume you meant:
[(w+3)/(4w)]/[(w-3)/(2w)]

Multiply by (4w)/(4w) and you get...
(w + 3)/[2(w - 3)]
Distribute the 2...
(w + 3) / (2w - 6)

This is the answer... P = w + 3, Q = 2w - 6. Both are polynomials.
