Your question is not very clear. Seems that the window which you are opening is getting closed on its own. Or either is going from one webpage to another by itself in sometime. Well in this case it seems to be either infected with a virus or a spyware badly. And there's no way you can fix it. The best way i would suggest is to go for a complete fresh Operating System installation. Trying to fix this problem might take much more time than an OS installation and may not be fixed correctly as well. Once you are done, try to create an image for future use.
