I always wanted to have a girl and I was going to name her Madison, but I am really starting to like Madelyn a lot. If I had a girl today I would probably name her Madelyn. Both Good Choices. . .

I vote for Madelyn since there are so many Madisons these days (I'm beginning to think that Madison is the new Jennifer).
I adore the nickname Maddie -- it always reminds me of that great TV show "Moonlighting"

I like Madison a LOT better than Madelyn. When (if) I get prego and have a girl, that's the name I have picked out. Then you can call her Maddy for short, SO CUTE! =)

I like Madelyn. I have heard of so many babies being named Madison this past year. I haven't heard of anyone naming their baby Madelyn though...it sounds cute! Just my opinion though!

Madison is a great name... I have a cousin named madison, we call her Maddies or Maddydoos.... go with that... Madelyn is an old persons name
