There are blocks on my school computer, and I can proxify them at proxify.com, but it won't let me download stuff. How can I download things without having to pay?

You can download it if it's free. If it's not free, get a credit card from your mom or dad and pay for it. Better yet, wait til you get home to do that sort of behaviour and quit wasting my tax money.
