First of all, you need to be going to the obstetrician to have regular prenatal checkups. Next, you probably should tell your parents so that they can give you the support you need, both financially and otherwise. Have you told the baby's father yet? That should be done also if you haven't already, but only tell him if you are sure it is him, and not somebody else.
Other than those things, you need to eat off of the food guide pyramid:
Eat plenty of lean meat, vegetables, and fruit, and drink plenty of milk, juice and water.
Do not drink alcohol or smoke and avoid caffeine as much as possible.
You will also need to start taking a prenatal vitamin which you can pick up at almost anywhere, like Wall-mart or CVS.

I could be like others on the board and tease you about your spelling too, but I think the fact that you are asking this question means that you care about the life inside you. So, here come my answer,"TELL YOUR FREAKEN MOM" that's it young lady. I am a mom and if my daughter was pregnant, I would want her to tell me. Ya, Ya, so your scared, big deal. She will be mad and yell and scream a while (Maybe even cry), but if you do not tell her, it shows that you are not ready to be a parent of a child. If you had a daughter who got pregnant would you want her to come to you?
TELL YOUR FREAKEN MOM> She can make sure you are on prenatal vitamins that at your age you are gonna really need and bbe sure you have what you need to be healthy,. I too had a baby at 15 years old and I told MY MOM. It really is you just being afraid of what she will say. TELL YOUR MOM
I hope you do not drink alcohol, smoke or take any drugs even over the counter drugs you get for colds can be bad., TELL YOUR MOM
Peace out

The first thing you need to do is see a doctor or visit a Planned Parenthood in your area. They will be able to tell you exactly what you need to do and what you need to avoid. For one, definitely do not consume any alcohol, drugs or cigarettes. You also need to avoid caffeine (even soda). You should also be taking a pre-natal vitamin with folic acid. This helps keep the baby healthy and decreases the chances of the baby developing certain problems. A doctor or professional dealing with pregnancy (Planned Parenthood is probably more prepared to help teenagers) is your best bet and you should make an appointment right away. Good luck.

You just posted a question about telling your parents. And about your boy friend the father being 18 and a gangster and its not working out. Now you want to know what you should and shouldn’t eat and drink.
We would of liked more information. How far are you, have you gotten a DR?
Its time to grow up. You’re an adult now, Your having a baby. it’s a little life that is going to rely on you the next 9months or remainder of the pregnancy. You need to take a lot of actions!
1. Tell your parents
2. Find a doctor
3. DHS for insurance
4. WIC for milk and formula
5. End your relation ship with your boyfriend
Only bad things can come from dating a gangster. You can get yourself in to a lot of trouble. Let alone risk of getting your self and your child killed. You need to start making smart decisions for you and your babies life. I know your scared he could go to jail . But what kind of a person is he to sleep with someone so young that is wrong and a form of rape. Who care if you wanted it. You shod be focus on other things then sex and he knows it.
6. Start looking for a job, and get your baby on a list of daycare
7. Let your school know so they can help you . Most schools offer a lot of help and classes for mothers
8. Start saving for diapers/bed/wet ones/bottles/ things you will need
9. Garage sales are great for clothes and other baby things. AND MATERINTY CLOTHES
I don’t want to hear you and your baby is to good for garage sales stuff. You need to start thinking how to save money. it’s a great way. And you can find a lot of nice things. Good luck with that
Eating and drinking
Time to start to eat 3 balance meals a day.
Healthy snacks when you feel weak or hungry
WATER drink water all day as much as you can
No caffeine pop/coffee/etc
Candy a very small limit.
There is so much to learn in a short little post. Buy you a book and get help.
There is also adoption you can think about. Giving a family who is ready for a child is one of the best gifts someone could ever give.

There are a TON of websites that will give you any info you need. Just eat right, eat about 300 more calories a day. Obviously stay away from alcohol, cut back on caffeine. Just be sensible, a little common sense goes a long way, listen to your body and you'll be fine. Also, go to a pharmacy and ask the Pharmacist which pre-natal vitamins he recommends. Start taking them ASAP.

You really should tell your parents. They will find out soon enough anyway and it will definitly sound better if it just came from you. I'm sure they'll support you. Make sure you avoid drinking and smoking. Your baby is constantly developing, and Fetal Alcohol syndrome is the most preventable form of mental retardation. Make sure you eat a balanced diet. Remember, it's not about you anymore.

First of all you need to tell your parents right away. After all they are going to find out sooner of later, better if you tell them now. They will be able to get you to a Dr for the proper care and diet. That is also what will be best for the baby for you to have proper care now. I was pregnant when I was 16 and that was in 1971 when it was a really, really horrible thing to happen. This happens all the time now so your parents won't be totally surprised. Good luck!!

First tell your parents so that they can take you to the doctor. He will give you orders to take prenatal vitamins. Eat healthy foods---vegetables,fruits, drink milk, eat proteins, and lay off the booze. Your baby can be born with fetal alcohol syndrome, which causes severe learning problems.
Don't smoke either. Come home early and go to sleep, because your body needs rest, so no partying. I know it sounds strict, but get used to it, because the baby needs your attention from now on. Good luck---and tell your parents!

Learn to spell, use spell check. What school do you go to, I won't send my kids there!
You need to tell your parents. I know you didn't ask for my opinion on this but it is important to have people who support you. You will have to tell them at one time or another and the sooner the better.
You should be having lots of calcium and vitamins. Try taking two flint stone vitamins everyday. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking. Generally speaking eat healthy, no food is going to stop your pregnancy. Good luck!
