speak up about what? i think he's said plenty in the past 6 years.. not all of it has been very logical.. but he's been very vocal about it.

To be fair and believe me I am being very fair here, he is being gracious and allowing the Democrats their speeches and ceremonies etc while he stays quietly and politely in the background like a gentleman.
