Free will means you, the individual, have the ability to make a decision, choice, and/commit an act.

Freedom is the right to exercise certain right, a spiritual concept, a political concept, a creative concept....you get the pciture.

The ability to enact free will is a form of freedom. It seems freedom is often considered more in a global or societal/community sense, such as free speech, freedom of the press and such. But free will in and of itself contains the essense of freedom for it is defined legally as the ability of the individual to make a choice. Therefore, one may not have the freedom to do certain things by law, by free will he/she can.

It is theorized that all humans have free will , that they can choose how they respond to situations.

Freedom is a social / government issue , for example :
do they allow you to leave your community or country,
do they allow you to attend your choice of church openly,
do they allow you to vote or buy property ?
Freedoms are relative to what the government allows you to do.
