He was my classmate for one year, but I lost him for 3 years, I found a note of his email address and started to contact him, we haven't met yet but I am very enxious and I cant stop thinking about him even a minute
What can I do to stop myself? because I dont think my eyes can denied the truth!
I have so much love that I dont get from my husband!!
Please help me and give me a an answer that will make my heart relax

Talk with a clergy person or a marriage counselor and see how you might channel this obsession into loving your husband.

Check back into reality. Your lonely and feeling helpless in a marriage. Your contacting an old flame because of the way he is making you feel online. You don't even know him anymore, other than what he is telling you. Your kind of obsessed at this point because it would be a new sexual partner other than your hubby. That is the huge cause for all the anxiousness. What are you going to do if you DO meet? Get divorced? Because thats whats going to happen if your spouse finds you typing away to your secret lover. Hopefully there are no kids involved in this marriage, because they will be hurt by this as well. You state your not getting the love from your spouse the way this other man gives you.....you haven't even met yet! Come back into reality for a bit and figure out what you wanna do, before you start an affair that will ultimately hurt your spouse and or kids.

You may be anxious because deep down in your heart, you know you're wrong. You have a husband and your contacting another man. You cannot use the excuse "oh well he doesn't show me the love",truth be told men don't exactly know when they are being completely ridiculous in their relationships. They do it accidentily and if he knew you felt that way,he would try to fix it.
The common mistake that both men and women make is,they feel unfullfilled,and seek it elsewhere,and they assume the people they are with don't understand what they are doing,but it can be clearly seen. Do yourself a favor,and salvage your marriage.

You're married? What are you thinking? You need to tell your husband how you feel and let him know what is happening. I am sure if he thought he wawws going to lose you he would try harder. tell him what you need. You need to just stay friends wit this guy from class trust me it will ruin your marriage and is he worth what you and your husband have made. Talk to your husband and be honest tell him everything how you feel and what you have done. If he loves you he will work on it with you if he leaves you then you can always go out with your classmate boy.

Every woman or man at some point in time feel frustrated in their marriage and think that what they can't get from their partner they can get elsewhere but it complicates things so much and people get hurt including you, so relax take a deep breath and think about ways to get your husband's attention back you had it once you can get it again.

Infatuation is not love. Maybe if you put as much into your husband as you are putting into contacting this ex classmate, you would get the love back from him that you seem to crave. It is hard for your husband to give love to someone who is obsessed with someone she barely knows.

You need to stop living in "make believe land" and grow up.
You are married and what you're doing is lying and cheating on your husband.
If there's a problem in your marriage do what you need to do to fix it....but cheating isn't the answer.
