I think the ideal age to get pregnant is when:
You are financially stable
You own a home
You drive a reliable vehicle
You are in a stable job
You have a healthy relationship with the other parent of the child and the child will be raised by both parents.
You feel you can give up 98% of your social life and stay home to be with your child

The ideal age to get pregnant is sometime after you have slept enough to last your lifetime but while you are still young enough to be able to go without a complete hour's sleep for days on end.
Add to that someone who is also old enough to be able to afford an extra five hundred dollars a month in diapers and food and you got the ideal age.
As for a sure fire way to concieve twins.... wow. Considering my first paragraph, good luck with that!
:) Just kidding. You'll love being a parent. It is the most wonderfully stressful thing you could ever do.

They say the ideal age is 25-29 but that 29-34 is almost as good. As long as your healthy and able to take care of a baby you can start earlier or later depending on the circumstances. As for twins either you get lucky or have IVF and that is far from being 100% accurate.

There really isn't an "ideal age", it's more when you are ready to have a child - physically (healthy), emotional, financially, etc. Having a child is the most rewarding and challenging thing in life, but you and your partner have to be ready for it.
You're most likely to have twins if it runs in your family or if you have fertility treatments - which are very costly and it is not recommended if you are not diagnosed with any fertility problems.
Hope that helps. Good luck.

whatever age is appropriate for the person. I would say ideally anytime after the age of 25 so you are more mature. No guarantee for twins!

Everyone is ready at a different age. No way to know about the twins.

The only way you can 'attempt' to have twins is through in vetro, even there, there is no guarantee. Generally in pregnancy is battle of the fittest, meaning that the strongest eggs/or specimens drain the others so that they can survive. good luck tho!

25 is a great child bearing age. As for twins, it is hereditary for this OR you can get in vitro, but its not guaranteed that you will only have two babies. you might have more than one.
