I've always had difficulty sleeping and never seem to get a good night's sleep. Last night I dreamt a weird hairy autistic man came up to me and put his forehead against mine and did something to my frontal lobe. He reminded me of Iron John. I ended up having a great night's sleep and woke up happy and refreshed after only 5 hours sleep.

You probably think it's some "sign" or "spritual healing" the feelings better is all in your head, you didn't have a better sleep because of this hairy dude in your pyscotic dreams, it was because you slept good get over this wierdo crap and move on your acting like a big 5 year old believing this crap!
