Uh, diehard Browns fan here...and yes. He needs to go, Lerner needs to sell the team to someone that will care about our city and team instead of his effing soccer team!! Al is turning over in his grave right now.
Crennel has no respect from any of his players and in turn we have no team chemistry. None. We have talent, and no one can argue that. Crennel needs to quit being a players coach and man up to be a coaches coach. I'm sick of hearing our players go around our coach to air out dirty laundry. We know there is and always will be problems in the locker room, but we don't need to hear about them.
I heard on Munch this morning that there's gonna be a clause in his contract next year (addendum) that he's required to handle these situations better. Obviously that's vague for now, but I'm curious to hear more cause I don't think he can handle it. Get some young blood in here. Look at Mangini, Lewis, Payton, Novak, even Belicheck and Mora...good lord we have the money let's do it!
And I understand this takes time and we shouldn't go through coaches so fast, but there's obvious problems (above). So what do we have to lose? We fire him and what, the next coach only wins 3 games? Next one comes in and doesn't win ANY conference games? We don't have far to fall by taking a chance.

Bengal fan here but no they should not fire him, they need to give him another year and see what happens. The Browns did have quite a few injuries this season and you can't just expect a coach to single single handedly make a team win 10+ games a year. You need good players as well. If they fire him they aren't going to be in any better position next year. Organizations need to realize that you can't just fire a coach every 2 years and have a successful team. It takes time

I don't think Crennal is the greatest coach but he is also working with some really bad palyers right now. I think we get healthy, get a few guys in the draft who can contribute, a marquee free agent or two and then see if he can get us a winning season next year. Anything short of 8-8 (and even that would still be somewhat of a disappiontment) and he should definitely get fired. As long as we aren't cursed again this offseason and lose more franchise players to injury, we're starting to put together a solid core of players.

Not yet. Give him another year.
Hopefully they will have a good draft, get a good QB in a trade, and mature as a team.
The Browns have always been cursed. Those uniforms are the laughing stock of the world and the lack of a logo really makes me wonder how smart they owners are. They lose millions every season in lost merchandise sales. God help them!!
