like if i see an agency ad what happens...thx

yes,
first of all RESEARCH on the agency and find out that its legitimate or not! does it have a license? and does it work w/ ACTRA, SAG, AFTRA etc?
then you can mail your resume, headshots(or just good pictures that LOOK LIKE YOU) and a cover letter to them.
Then you follow up and see if they received your information.
After that they might call you or not, if they do, you go, have an interview and then can sign a contract with them.

Legitimate Talent Agencies CANNOT advertise. If you see a Talent agency advertising, they are not a legitimate.

Legitimate Talent Agencies CANNOT charge the actor money to represent him or her. Legitimate talent agencies work with actors that are a member of the actor unions (SAG, AFTRA, AEA etc.)
