The first one:
1. It has a large tree, so you could build a treehouse and that would count as an addition to your home.
2. It looks like it has plenty of room to appreciate in value.
3. Who would want to always have to go past a gate to get home?

Both have their positives and negatives.
1)Positives: Lots of yard, few neighbors
Cons: It's my house and I'm not selling it!
2)Positives: Electricity
Cons: fear of landslides.
