Bush isn't out of his mind. To quote his out description of himself, he's the bulldog on the pant leg of society. I think that bit of self description is very telling.

It's hard to know. Does he understand the consequences of his actions or is he just a rube controlled by Cheney and the neocons.

I tend to think he is just an average guy in over his head and being manipulated by the powers that be in Washington.

If I am right, heaven help him when he realizes his influence in the many catastrophes of this administration.

Bush is not out of his mind, he may be foolish and stubborn, and somewhat confused, but he is as sane as anyone else.

we all ***** and moan but he knows we can't stop him. It doesn't matter becuase he's getting rich.

but someone who is willing to exchange ethics for money is not out of there mind, but they might be considerd a heartless bastard

If you mean "totally convinced he is corrrect and incapable or unwilling to admit to any degree of error or disingenuousness" (look it up Reps), then yes.
