Since they're both State of Florida Public Colleges their College of Business Undergraduate Programs will be very similiar. Also, both have excellent Co-Op / Intern programs to help students gain experience while still in school, so select the one nearest where you eventually want to live as these jobs often turn into full time jobs.
In case it hasn't already been explained to you, when people are turned down for a job and told they are overqualified that usually means that they have a College Degree and no experience. You need ot get some experience before you graduate. Companies don't want to hire a graduate at a substandard salary and of course don't want to pay a full salary to train someone, so get some experience while you're still in school.
At the Graduate Level, ie. Masters and PHd, The College of Business at USF has a higher State Ranking than FAU, but neither is competative at the National level.
Good Luck!

Honey, accounting is accounting. Facts is facts and figures are figures. As long as you learn the basics, not sure there is really such a thing as a "better" undergrad program.
