Hi,
The easiest way I have found to put files on a phone (including ringtones, wallpapers screensavers etc) is using Create Ringtone. You send files to your mobile phone by Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) or using Bluetooth infrared or wired connection. It has a 15 day trial (I am not associated with this software). It is alot easier than using cables.

At the adress you are sending Email to you have to put your sisters cell phone number instead of an e mail address.
TO get the picture into the document you have to load the pic to your computer then copy and paste it onto the email space
CLICK SEND and your done!

in order to do that to my phone the person has to know my full phone number and "email address" mine would be my full phone number@vzw.com she should email you or send something from her phone to you such as a TEXT message to your email so that you can obtain her address
