When vacationing for a week in Amsterdam I found the people there friendly, helpful and very considerate. The hotel staff (of a midsized bed & breakfast) was very nice, and we had no problems asking people on the street for directions. All were quite gracious in helping. Even at the train station, strangers were willing to help. We found most of the young people in Amsterdam fluent in English. All store/shop employees were very polite & helpful... always very professional.
It's a wonderful place to visit! We enjoyed seeing so many museums, the Anne Frank Haus, the canals. It was just beautiful.

Don't generalize, it's making no sense to do so. If you did comment on your question, I might have been able to explain.

Strange question to say the least. Not really good grammar either, and generalizing as well. So sorry, no answer from me.
