Tired eyes..... Hmm.
You can get creams from your local pharmasist but whether you are a boy or a girl, the method of cucumber really freshens your eyes up. And splashing icy water into it too is a pretty good cure and makes your eyes sparkle and also more awake (for that reason, it's also good on early mornings too)! This treatment reduces inflammation, moisturizers the skin /tissues, relaxes the eyes & provides relief from eyestrain & fatigue.
Boil some tea in a little water and let it cool. Dip 2 gauzes in this brew and place the gauzes on each eye for 15 minutes. Make sure you keep dipping the cotton wads into the liquid, as soon as gauzes dry up. This is an effective treatment for tired eyes.
Lavender oil offers gentle relief for tired and strained eyes. Add a drop of lender oil to 500 ml (2 ½ cups) of water and shake the solution well. Dip two cotton wool pads in the liquid, squeeze out the excess water and place one pad over each eye.
Good luck!

-Take a 10-15 minute break every hour to reduce eyestrain.
-Look away from the computer screen every 10-15 minutes and focus for 5-10 seconds on a distant object outside or down the hallway or get up and take a short walk.
-Staring and decreased blinking dry the eyes out. Taking frequent breaks allows normal blinking and better wetting of the eyes. [eyedrops also help]
People who spend more than 2 hours a day may experience Computer Vision Syndrome.

Go home and put a cooling eye mask on your eyes while you take a short nap. At night or before you put on your make-up in the morning, apply a little bit of preparation H. No kidding! It'll help with the puffiness and lessen the swelling.

rest the eyes when you can... and put a bit more distance between you and the computer monitor when you're there... being up to close can do some irreparable damage.
ear glasses... that shield you... put something on the monitor that helps with the strain on the eyes.

stop using computer so much. but i know, you probably can't help it. (i can't either...)
soak a small towel in cold water, wring it so it's damp, and place over your eyes. lay down and relax for 10-15 minutes.
also, do exercises to relax your shoulders... they're really closely related to your eyes, i heard.
airplanes like JAL and ANA hand out eye freshener things in Business Class... they work AMAZING. ask for one if you ever have the chance. lol.
