It could be your joints getting ready for childbirth, your joints will soften and become more flexible to make way for the baby.

TOTALLY normal. Your pelvis/hips are spreading, getting ready for your baby's passage through them. You will feel pressure and pain as they do this. You may also become more clumsy as they spread- the hormone that causes this spreading, relaxin, also causes joints to loosen all over your body. Don't do any climbing or lifting, and dont' start any new excersizes. I remember that by the time I was 7 months, I was sooo achey, getting out of bed was awful.
The glucose test is easy. They take a fasting blood sugar- meaning, they draw blood after you've gone 8 or more hours without food- usually first thing in the morning, for a baseline. Then they give you a sugary sweet drink. Then they check your blood sugar again after an hour or two. If your levels are elevated, they take the test to the next step. It's really nothing to worry about, and you have the results fairly quickly. Relatively few women havd gestational diabetes.

Glucose test is easy, the srtuff you drink is kinda icky but not so bad, and the results should take a couple of days. The pain you describe is pressure from the baby pushing harder down on your pelvis, sometimes nerves may be pinched down there and it can hurt really bad and it only gets more intense as you get further along. It can make you think you are in labor and everything, and can bring you to your knees. I had this problem and I feel for you, try to take it easy, soak in a hot bath when you can and dont move around a whole bunch because when you move you can cuase that nerve to be pinched and you will feel that terrible pain more often.

It could very well be the weight of the growing baby you feel or it could be the baby is laying up against something causing the pressure and soreness. Best to mention it to your doc.
The glucose test is simple...you get to drink something that tastes like really sweet sprite within a certain amount of minutes. The doc normally has you wait for the results which when my doc did it, it didn't take long. Best wishes with the baby!

At 7 months the baby's weight alone can cause pressure to build up and at times it can be difficult to move or walk...a larger baby can want to make its way to the birth canal around this time and while he's deciding whether or not to do so :) it can be uncomfortable at times to say the least.
The glucose test...ahhh yes, I remember it well...first caution? DO NOT think you can drive yourself home! I made that assumption when I had my first test with my 4th child. For my test I fasted after midnight, no liquids or foods of any kind. Then at the hospital I had my blood sugar and blood work taken, then had to drink a thick bottle of liquid, tasted like oranges. Waited an hour, then had the blood sugar and blood work taken again, then again 15 minutes later and then 15 minutes after that.
After the test is finished you'll feel light headed and if you try to walk for any length of time you may also feel as though you will pass out. They should offer you something to drink, juice etc and grapes which you can eat...slowly until your sugar gets back to a proper level again. Then once they know you are feeling up to it, you can leave.
The first time I had this done no one told me I'd be a bit out of commission shortly after...the woman obviously didn't realize it either because I wasn't told to eat or drink anything before attempting to leave. I walked out of the hospital and to my car feeling as though I was going to pass out any second but self talked myself to stay upright and functional, simply cause I'd have been bloody embarrassed to fall flat on my face in front of strangers!
Drove home and that again was very interesting and am very fortunate I didn't end up killing someone. Worst feeling I've ever had, but it's nothing at all if you are given the test and food afterwards the way it should be done.
Good luck and hope it all comes out well for you

Stuff is stretching down there in preparation for your baby. It sucks and there are a lot of weird pains, but you are fine. Take a tylenol if it is hurting so much that you can't get out of bed.
The glucose test is a peice of cake. Pick the orange flavor drink, it tastes the best. I think that the results took about 48 hours.

Go to a chiropractor. It is safe to go to a chiropractor during pregnancy. Unfortunately, this is normal during pregnancy. Getting adjustments for this will help you as you get closer to your due date.
#1- Make sure you sleep on your left side, get a body pillow and place this pillow in beween your legs when you sleep, to lessen the amount of pressure your lower back will get-this should help lessen the pain your experiencing with your pubic bone.
#2- YOU NEED TO REST! Anyone offers you a helping hand, now is the time to take advantage of it and use that help.
God bless you and your child!

It is probably the weight of the uterus on your cervix.
You will drink a high sugar juice (they give you like five minutes to drink it) have to wait an hour, then draw your blood. Then most likely at your next doctor's appt s/he will tell you the results.
