Good to see you ask this question again, in question form so we will know what you mean. I am black, so Im a little bias, but seriously we have sex appeal that most folks envy. From the girls in the music videos to just walking down the street. Some of us come off somethin sexy.

Very much dependent on other factors/features. I know many sexy white girls and many black as well and many more of other colors.
All things being equal I personally prefer wheatish complexion.
