The Highway Code, or "Highway traffic Act" is not a federal book, but rather falls under Provincial jurisdiction...same as they are State laws, in the U.S., rather than Federal laws. You would have to check with each provincial governments, as traffic laws, although fairly standard, may vary from Province to Province.
Hope this helps.

Each Canadian Province publishes it's own highway code. There isn't one that apply to the whole country.

I went onto the Canadian Yahoo! (http://ca.yahoo.com/) and did a search from there, typing in Highway Code and ensuring to click the box to only search sites within Canada.

There is no such thing. Each province and territory has it's own Highway Traffic Act.
