I have exams coming up, as well as a bad back and general mishapps here and there. I want a good way to sooth and a good person to talk to.

Your best friend should always be the one you can go to when you need to vent. If they're not, time to find a new best friend. Run a steamy bubble bath (to aid your back and other sore spots), pick up the phone and talk to your friend while you soak. Grab a glass of wine before you get in the tub and you're all set.

Retail therapy, spa therapy, and relaxing. Hold a study session with five of your closest friends and gather up some yummy snacks, drinks, and study essentials. For your back, if it gets worse then consult a doctor immediately. General mishaps can sometimes be really difficult to deal with, but be true to yourself and have a nice chat with your mom whenever you feel like you want to. Moms can be so understanding, you'll feel like best friends with her, trust me.

i have the same problems, including the back. if im feeling really stressed, i study a bit to relieve some of the stress, then take a nice hot bath. in terms of who to talk with, id say family or best friends.

Do you have any paid days off saved up? Take a couple of days, go a spa, or simply take a bubble bath or sit in a jacuzzi. Meditate or just sit some place quiet and clear your mind.

get a tub of hot water add bubbles and some candles and a glass of wine. Add a bit of soft easy music. Add yourself, mix slowly and let simmer for a hour.

OK BREATH IN AND OUT IN AND OUT IN AND OUT, good now just grab a pillow or a stress ball and squeese and release squeese and release. now repeat those steps over and over.
