To unscrew a Rowenta Collecto Wet & Dry 12000W Hoover?
The screw heads seem to be just indentations!..No other tool i know of will work!

it is possible they are not screws at all, but rivets.

They are using some weird screws these days to keep you out and force you to hire a pro. I usually just take my dremel and cut a slot in them then use an ordinary slotted screwdriver, if in fact they are screws.

Sounds like one way screws called "clutch heads" they kinda have a "wave" in them. The can be tightened but not loosened. If you have a dremel tool or a small grinder ( even a file if you have the patience) cut a straight line in the screw head and use a regular (flat) screwdriver. Keep in mind that this might void any kind of warranty on the machine. If the screw heads are thick enough you might be able to grab the sides with vice grips? (locking pliers) Good luck hope this helps!

They're probably rivets, not screws. Drill them out and replace with nuts and bolts.
