I assume that you are speaking skin color, not colorfull personalities. I am A Canadian who greets every person for who he/she is. I am sickened by the atrocities that "people of color" have had to and continue to deal with. I admire the courage which the people as a whole have withstood these humiliating and unjustified acts.
AS a passionate music lover, my "People of Color" affect my life in a positive way every day because so many of the really good performers happen to be coloured. Without music, the world would truly be a dismal place, and music without the influence and talent of coloured people would be equally as dismal.

I don't know who you're talking about. I have never seen a person with no color. Human color ranges from tannish pink to near black.
Without those people the world would be one big beautiful ball. The animals know how to keep it that way. Too bad we had to spoil the whole thing.

It would not be a world then. We are all special in our own way and the difference in everyone of us makes the world fun, mysterious and exciting. People will always do bad in whatever color we come in, so for people who are good and love others, just surround yourself with people who do to, whether they are the same or colored differently.

There isn't a person in this world who doesn't have "color." I don't see any clear, transparent or invisible people walking around.

It would be the same as it is now. There would be different reasons for prejudice. Or a different standard (tan people are lower than white people and white people are lower than even paler people).

Lighter, assuming by people of colour you mean dark skinned people. If not, what do you mean? What a strange question.
