Ok, so thanks to the war in Iraq the U.S. is about 400 billion dollars in debt and counting...congress keeps allowing more money to be spent and there is no end in site. Dem rep. Dennis Kucinich, has declared he is running for president in '08. and he seems to be one of the few to be against the war (from the beginning) and funding it. Lets say he wins and becomes President. Can he freeze Bush's, Cheney's and Haliburtons assets and bank accounts the way Bush is doing it overseas to others? Could this be one way of repaying the $400+ billion dollars?
