He's not a mate if he continually takes the piss. Its a form of bullying ,ask him why he does it, and if anyone ever did it to him, I guarantee that they have. Its a bullys form of defence picking on someone else, ask him to stop and if he doesn't get your other workmates to take the piss out of him for a whole day and see if he likes it,

Your boss should have a word with him then to make him stop.

HARRASSMENT IS AGAINST THE LAW... TRY TELLING THIS FOOL THAT..
Go to your supervisor and rat this moron out. NO ONE is allowed to harrass another individual in any way, this would include verbally..
Some may tell you to turn the other cheek... to hell with that, put that fool in his place, I'm sure you'll stop him dead in his tracks.
If your supervisor does nothing about it, go to your supervisors supervisor, and just keep going up the ladder, someone is bound to listen. Good Luck

Involve your line manager, it sounds like intimidation and harassment. You have a right to work without fear of this. You r company will have a grievance procedure.

Use something about him he doesn't like.You must have noticed.But
say it when no-one can hear.Every time you pass him,say it.Every
time he looks mouth it.He will either soon get sick or stick one on
you.You will then be rid of him and taught him a lesson.To boot
you may even get a bit of compo if sticks one on you.
