I have a workmate who repeatably calls me "Porky" i have told him many times to stop as i do not like being called that.
He thinks it is funny. I finally told him that is last time you call me that.
What would you suggest i do if he calls me it again.

Treat him like a simpleton, humiliate and embarrass him in front of others like that. Let him know you can score goals to! He will back off then.

I`m sure if you were to have a good look at them you could come up with some derogatory term they wouldn`t like, and put the shoe on the other foot ! may act as an ice breaker and amicably agree to call it quits

He's not a mate if he continually takes the piss. Its a form of bullying ,ask him why he does it, and if anyone ever did it to him, I guarantee that they have. Its a bullys form of defence picking on someone else, ask him to stop and if he doesn't get your other workmates to take the piss out of him for a whole day and see if he likes it,

Have a chat with your boss, explain that you asked your workmate to stop, but he keeps going.
Your boss should have a word with him then to make him stop.
Bullying in the work place is unacceptable.

Why give him the pleasure of letting him know it bothers you.
He obviously has a problem himself or he wouldn't be picking on you.
Or if you felt really nasty you could say something like 'Well at least I could diet but you couldn't grow a bigger dick.' Excuse the bad language but most men are sensitive about that area.

I started life in the building trade, rule 1 never let someone know if the are getting to you. Train him like a dog, do the opposite to what he wants if he does it

HARRASSMENT IS AGAINST THE LAW... TRY TELLING THIS FOOL THAT..
Go to your supervisor and rat this moron out. NO ONE is allowed to harrass another individual in any way, this would include verbally..
Some may tell you to turn the other cheek... to hell with that, put that fool in his place, I'm sure you'll stop him dead in his tracks.
If your supervisor does nothing about it, go to your supervisors supervisor, and just keep going up the ladder, someone is bound to listen. Good Luck

Involve your line manager, it sounds like intimidation and harassment. You have a right to work without fear of this. You r company will have a grievance procedure.
Its degrading, dehumanising and a form of emotional abuse

Use something about him he doesn't like.You must have noticed.But
say it when no-one can hear.Every time you pass him,say it.Every
time he looks mouth it.He will either soon get sick or stick one on
you.You will then be rid of him and taught him a lesson.To boot
you may even get a bit of compo if sticks one on you.
