I have about everything I could want that costs $200 (cellphone, mp3 player, camera, etc)? I got a gift certificate and I don't know what to do with it. What would you do?

Go to a hotel, even if it's by your house. Go to the pool. Get a massage, meet new friends and get a suite.

It depends on where it is for. If it is an American Express or Master Card gift card then I would use it for something I always wanted to do, like a trip an overnight in the city. If it is for a store, I would buy clothes, CD's or Dvd's. There must be something out there that you really want? Use the gift certificate towards that.

What store is it for? If it is for the mall, I'd get some clothes. Or save it for when you want something, just check the expiration date, or if it is a gift receipt, not a gift card, they usually give you cash back. Go to cvs, get a pack of gum and pocket the money.
There are websites that you can sell your gift certificates or swap them for one more useful to you.

Sell it on ebay for cash or exchange it for 4 $50 gift certificates and give as gifts throughout the year.

I would save it until there is something I want for 200. Sooner or later, you'll need something to go with something you have, or you'll need a pick-me-up gadget.
If you don't use it, you could sell it.
