Since you are already 16, most of your growth has already occurred. Ask your parents how much more growth they achieved beyond the age of 16.

No, calcium would work for you if you were in your menopause, but not for growing, but to keep the levels where they should be and avoid ostheoporosis... If you take calcium now, your wody will thank you but you won't grow taller. What does that is the hormonal treatment, where they give you shots of Human growth hormone... otherwise, you will only grow what your genetics command, but, you can help your natural gorwth hormone to work better... drink lots of water, cut the carbs after 6pm, and workout, lots of workout... swimming i good for this.

I didn't grow more than a 1/4 inch after I turned 16. You're already taller than I am by a whole 2 inches.

Calcium does not enhance growth in height, only bone strength and density. Your height is determined by your genetics. This can be stunted however if you drink alcohol, smoking and/or use drugs a during your growing years. so really the only way you can change your height is by engaging in behaviours that could prevent growth.

A girl only grows 2-3" taller after she starts her period. It doesn't matter how much calcium you take.
