I bought one a couple of weeks before Christmas. I think I'm just used to the vacuum, because it just doesn't have enough power for me (I like power). *lol* I have a Dyson vac that will suck the hair off a cat, and I use it on the low setting for my hardwood and tile floors, it beats the Dirt Devil all to heck. In between cleanings I use a plain old Swiffer (which I have always loved).

waste of money so are the little robotic things that work allnite thats bull

I love it! way more better than any other heavy vacum. stick with it!
