Yes, because their health/life is at issue. I may actually pressure the cheater to confess first, so that I wasn't the messenger with bad mews.

Have you asked yourself if the shoe was on the other foot would you want to be told that your loving mate was lying to you and cheating on you? Before you break the bad news think about the impact of what you have been mulling to say... After you've done your soul searching surely you'll do the right thing for all concerned...

I'm a firm believer in 'honesty is the best policy' but in this situation you have to evaluate the particular person. In general, I personally would tell the person, however if you know the person well and you know for 100% sure that not matter what they would still stay with that person, then you need to think it through. There's no need to hurt someone you love if you know its not going to change. If thats the case - an alternative option would be to confront the cheater. Tell him you know he's cheater on 'her' and you don't want to hurt her but that he needs to re-evaluate their relationship.

No They need to find out on their own., That'll just make you the bad person for whatever reason. They think your trying to break them up, etc. Maybe make sure the person is in the right place to catch the cheater but don't be the one to tell!!
'whatever' is right - tell the cheater you know and give them a chance to fess up!

Yes I would tell but my delivery would depend on the person receiving the news. She might already know but is in denial. She would be mad at you if she knew that you found out. Send a note or set it up to catch him in the act together. No matter how you do it, be supportive to your her.

Yes. It is a hard choice. You may be called a busy body but thats the risk. I think it is better than to stand by and watch somebody be used that way.

well yes and no,
I would tell that person but I would do it the cowardly way.
If you tell her, he will deny it and accuse you of wanting them broken up.
It will threaten your relationship with the friend.
Send her a note secertly with the proof inside.
Dont tell her you sent it and see what happens.
If she decides to break up with him then great, be there.
chances are he will lie out of it
(do you know of any honest cheaters?)
if you tell her and she stays with him she will avoid you because she knows deep down in her heart she should have left and will be embarrased to have to see you.
KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT and let your fingers do the talking with pen and paper!

Of course, just like I would want them to tell me. You had better be 100% positive though.
