Question

.. I was asked to design a memorial to be place in on of Dahab squares, Sinai!
It should tell of peace and it should harmonize with both the place and the time!

What would you suggest for that?

Memorial Garden that honors those that fought over this land and turned the landscape into a place of horror, the battlefield into a Garden to honor the maintenance of Peace over all NoManLands.
It sounds like a desert environment, so the garden should be indigenous plants from the surrounding area. What trees grow their? What brush and what flowers bloom naturally in this place? These are the garden's plant life.
The memorial recognizes what happened there, on that place under your feet, but in a larger sense, all NoMan'sLand's, are of the same content. Humans allowing the powers of love, empathy, creativity, patients to be dominated by the Lords of War, Death and Destruction.
