i had this dream where my Nana and her ex boyfriend (not her new one)were on this miniture boat sailing from the amizon to canada which is were i live. since they ran out of food that had to eat the flowers on the boat. When they got to my house they told me and my mom of there adventure and when they came to the flower part my mom said they ate posinus flowers,and that theyd die anytime soon. After a little while her ex died. and then before my nana died she said go in our boat to the amazon, youll find something. and then my nana died. i woke up crying which i havent in about 5 yrs

Interesting, but not too hard to crack.
You obviously love your Nana, and the dream is basically about the fear of her dying. The bit about sailing from the Amazon to Canada in a tiny boat is symbolic of doing dangerous things, at least in your mind. You fear that she puts herself in harm's way, including how she ate the poisoned flowers. Her ex dying doesn't really mean anything, just that your subconscious still links the two of them together.
As always, the important thing about dreams is how they make you feel...in this case, you woke up crying - because you were horrified over your Nana dying. That's the root of the dream - fear of her death.
It's not the least bit of a premonition, don't worry. It's just your subconscious thinking about how much she means to you and how you worry she will die. All natural feelings.

the boat represents a journey ...
the water ... serenity ...
the poisonous flowers ... a false appearance
two people who are close to you are on a journey ... lifes journey ... meant to be a beautiful one .. but their lives has not been living up to its full potential .... on the outside they are hapy but inwardly they are crying .... the fact that they died so quickly after eating the flowers means that they will soon realize the imporatnce of life ... thus they will die to their old life ... and live in true happiness .... the way it was intended to be lived ... the flowers will be embraced in all their beauty ... free of harm ...

I'm told that death in a dream signifies a wedding or pregnancy like stated in the 1st answer.

it could be just a dream...or...sometimes dreams have meaning, and you just need to interpret what they means....that dream may not necessarily mean someone may die soon, it could be that you are about to loose something close to you(not a person) or it could mean nothing at all.
