On the Sims 2, where do find a Clothing Booth?

Go to a community lot and find one which mentions stuff about clothing and buying garments. On each of these lots there will be a changing booth so your sim can try on clothes. This is where clothing booths are found.

In your neighberhood has a think like shop or park in the shop has clothes.You can go to a shop when you pick up the phone and choose call taxi.Later you can choose where you want to go in a shop or in a park!

go to buy mode in a community lot then look in the shopping section it should be there. some lots also come with them already there.
