well depend where are you from because at the time some over here don't want no more Mexican or Hispanic people, i don't know why if the only thing we want is to be able to support our families back in Mexico, they have no idea how hard it is there and in other countries.plus we are the only ones that are out there in the street making them clean, building places to live and work, cleaning houses and taking care of the children.

I'll be honest, America is beautiful, but not some people that are racist and don't understand the needs of foreigners
but yes other then that it's beautiful.

The (Stereotypical) American Dream is the dream of having a good spouse, 2.5 kids, a dog, a house, and a nice car, but the American dream can be acheived anywhere, by anyone who is willing to work hard enough to acheive it.

The American dream is true, but the problem with people thinking the American dream can only be acheived in the USA (I live here in the USA) is incorrect. The American Dream is an idea, an earned by elbow grease (heavy labor), prosperity, and success that is earned by sheer will of heart. The American Dream is acheivable, it's all a matter of if you want it or not.

Everyone has a different American Dream. Some is to be successful and have lots of money and some is just to have a family. That's the beauty of America. You can dream whatever you want and in most cases as long as you persue it there is always an opportunity to achieve your highest goals! God Bless America!

My personal belief is the "American Dream" died with Lenny at the end of "Of Mice and Men." Personally from my experiences Canada seems like a nicer place. You get the advantages of still being Region 1 with DVD's and such, you don't really get the American tag written all over ya. There is that stupid "eh" thing dumb american's bug canadians about. From my experience in Toronto, it is a cleaner more friendly place and the visiting quebecoise are quite cute.

For few, the dream is true. The rest of us scratch, scape and claw just to get a piece of it.
