Hmmm...funny you should ask. Yahoo ? seems to be a good way to kill some time. It is raining like crazy here in Humboldt today, so that usually limits the possibilities to inside activities. Tv, reading, workout, cleaning...hah! not today!! So I am surfing the web, and ended up back here. It will be time for lunch soon, and after that who knows. Maybe the weather will clear for a bit and I will go for a quick run with my wolf-dogs. I know that they will really like to get out and stretch their legs. The forest is a wet sloppy mud pit after all the rain, so no running there today, but the beach is awesome for a dog run session after the rain. Rain, rain....go away!! Come on sunshine!! Well along with the fact that I'm also a stay-at-home mom, the majority of my day is spent taking care of my 6 month old. However, when he is napping or content playing on the floor with his toys, sooo....
Things I do when I'm bored are:
> Play Yahoo answers, while I chat on IM via Yahoo, Check my Email and Watch CSI Miami, or Discovery Health
> Cook or Bake something to eat
> Photography & Scrapbooking [take pics, modify them artistically (black n'white, etc., print, create a colage, and or make a scrapbook for myself or my friends]
> Excercise with headphones on to not wake baby
> Clean-up while I also listen to headphones
> Practice reading music sheet, and playing keyboard
> Call one of my friends while I doodle in my Art Pad
> Modilfy my page, or Chat with my freinds on MySpace.com
P.S. if you haven't noticed I'm a multi-tasker to combat time and boredom! :-)

I always try to find something different then the usual movies, books, etc. Try your local newspaper's list of events. In south Florida we have the Sun Sentinel where you can look up online and find upcoming events. You can even sort it by date range or category such as children, music, etc. There's always interesting things going on that I wouldn't be aware of otherwise. They list everything from one day art classes and Gallery showings to rodeos and car shows.

I try to find something to do, there is always housework if i'm at home. If i'm at work I try to find something to keep me occupied in that I have filing i could do (not my favorite thing), cleaning my office, emptying the trash. I try to keep busy so that I don't get bored.

well i like to juggle its good fun
but if im sitting down i tend to sort of fiddle (no not like that) just tapping my feet or fingers or just something, i cant sit still.
oh and the best thing to do is whack on some music and just dance about lik a madman

Play Guitar, watch TV/movie, Cook, ride a bike, do something not to be bored.

when you get bored just go to sleep for like an hour and when you
wake up it just makes your whole day.
