It depends on what you mean? When I think of that "Who Cares" I think of people who say that when they are hurt because they were offended and they say that to hide the fact that they do care. Sometimes they are strong enough to handle other people's criticism and other times not.

You only start to care when people are saying things that aren't true and in some cases sometimes to some of us it's considered more a blessing then a curse because when others bad mouth you then they are the ones who look bad. Yes they do look bad.

Our words can either bring blessings or curses to others.
