You will have to get some kind of adhesive gel bra cups...I attached a website to show you what I mean. Cute dress btw!

Wear one of the silicone those ones that come in single parts and stick to your breasts. You can get them at any Wal-Mart. Probably in the lingerie section. You could also wear a strapless v- cut one.

Depending on the backline, you can wear a strapless-v bra...Or, you can buy the tape on covers...

they hvae some strapless ones that dip in the front.I think i saw it at jcpeney's.its a beautiful dress by the way.
