Keeping the same data repeating in one column until changed.?

Question

Column A and B will change but C will stay the same until I manually change C. So item A with serial # B will be in location C. Now I am still in location C and wish to scan more items. Location needs to repeat until I change locations.

If you proceed each column and line with a $ the values will not change as you copy and paste formulas.
